From Middle Eastern smokehouse and South African braai to Australian BBQ, Spanish fire-cooking, and Mexican flavours, expect plenty of smoke, flavour, and culinary creativity throughout the evening.

Live music from rock band Ark Angels, roaming entertainment, and interactive experiences, will add to the atmosphere, all set against the backdrop of JBR’s beachfront, with an after-party continuing the celebrations until 11pm.

Tacos Los Hermanos Brings Mexican Street Food to Wavebreaker

Dubai’s homegrown Mexican favourite Tacos Los Hermanos is heading to Wavebreaker at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah for a six-week pop-up on the beach.

Founded by brothers Isaac and Josue, originally from Guadalajara, Mexico, the concept will bring its signature tacos, refreshing beverages and live entertainment to JBR every Saturday and Sunday from 31 October until 29 November.

The collaboration also marks the start of a new annual initiative at Wavebreaker, which will spotlight a different homegrown culinary concept each year, celebrating the diversity and creativity of the UAE’s dining scene.
