The countdown has begun: Dubai Safari Park marks Season 8 with Wildest Opening Week during the mid-term break
With only eleven days to go, the countdown to Dubai
Safari Park’s Season 8 has commenced. Welcoming visitors from 12 October 2026,
the park offers a diverse range of fan-favourite experiences that bring to life its three
pillars of conservation, education and entertainment, helping guests forge a deeper
connection with wildlife and nature.
For the first time, and coinciding with the schools’ mid-term break, Dubai Safari Park
will host the “Wildest Opening Week” from 12 to 18 October. The week-long
celebration is packed with surprises designed to engage all the senses, from
personalised keepsakes to photography and art, for kids and adults alike. At the
heart of the celebrations is the “Little Explorers’ Base Camp”, a dedicated adventure
zone created especially for younger visitors. Here, little explorers can play, create
and discover through a wide range of activities, including safari face painting, a
temporary tattoo station, clay model making, arts and crafts, lawn games, safari-
themed inflatables and much more. With Season 8 themed around Live More Wild
Life, the celebration inspires guests to connect with wildlife and embrace their inner
wild side. Offering unique experiences that entertain and educate, the Wildest
Opening Week is the perfect family outing and a chance to make wonderful
memories together.
Beyond Wildest Opening Week, there’s something for everyone throughout the
season. Visitors can explore the park’s six themed zones and choose from a range
of experiences, including:
Safari adventures: The Arabian Desert Safari, which comes with all park
tickets, or the Safari Bundle upgrade with the Explorer Safari Tour to see
lions, giraffes and rhinos in open-range habitats, including everyone’s
favourites, Salam the baby white rhino, Dalia the giraffe and more.
Premium experiences: Such as King of Safari, Behind the Scenes, Dine in
the Wild and Jungle Capture, offering private tours, exclusive access and
dining near the animals.
Live presentations: Bird’s Kingdom, Echoes of the Wild and Birds of Prey,
offering insight into animal behaviours and the park’s conservation message.
