This Valentine’s Day, ROKA Riyadh sets the stage for an unforgettable evening with a romantic dining experience, elevated by thoughtful gestures throughout the restaurant.
At the heart of the evening is ROKA’s Valentine’s Tasting Menu, a curated selection of contemporary Japanese dishes showcasing the brand’s signature flavours and refined approach to dining. The experience begins with yellowtail sashimi served with a yuzu-truffle dressing, followed by iceberg lettuce with caramelised onion dressing, followed by ROKA favourites, including dynamite spicy crispy shrimp temp
ura rolls, shrimp tempura with chilli mayonnaise, and beef, ginger and sesame dumplings. For the main course, the menu features salmon fillet teriyaki finished with sansho salt, tender beef fillet with chilli, ginger and spring onion, and ROKA’s signature “baked” potato served with yuzu cream and chives.
The experience concludes with a ROKA dessert platter, created especially for Valentine’s Day.
Adding a thoughtful romantic touch to the evening, each dessert will be finished with a “Happy Valentine’s Day” cake topper, while Polaroid cameras will be available for couples to capture and take home special moments. Guests will also receive love letters featuring scratch cards and messages of appreciation, and each table will be adorned with a beautifully wrapped natural rose.
